Charlie Kirk is the founder and Executive Director of Turning Point USA. After starting the organization right out of high school, Charlie has grown Turning Point USA from a nonentity to a full-fledged organization with representation on 1000+ campuses and almost 100 employees. At 22-years-old, he has appeared on Fox News, CNBC, and FOX Business News over 100 times including frequent appearances on “Your World with Neil Cavuto,” “Varney & Co.” and “The Willis Report.” He is a featured columnist for the Washington Times and a contributor for Breitbart.com. In addition to his entrepreneurial political endeavors, Charlie is the author of The Second Amendment and Hunting Heritage, and is an avid runner.
William Montgomery is the Senior Advisor for Turning Point USA. At 76 years of age, he considers himself a “healthy and youthful senior.” With a diverse background in sales, politics, and publishing, his vast knowledge and experience has helped Charlie Kirk establish TPUSA as a highly credible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in a very short period of time. William has lived in Lemont, Illinois with his wife for over 25 years. He grew up in Peoria, Illinois and his two favorite people are from Perkin, IL and Dixon, IL – Senator Everett Dirksen and President Ronald Reagan.
George F. Hamstra is a member of the board of directors of Turning Point USA. George was a founding Member of NetGain Technologies, LLC, which developed the Bad Amplitude electric dragster. In 1985, George started a now publicly traded computer distribution company with annual sales that exceeded $40 million, at the time, and he sold it in 1989. George came out of retirement to start a software development company in 1994; this company was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 1995.George gained invaluable experience when he worked for Bell Labs for more than 14 years, where he added knowledge related to UNIX computer systems, administration, security, performance, as well as artificial intelligence. Due to his extensive computer technology and business administration background, George will advise executive management and the board of directors on technology, management, procurement of assets, and sales proficiency.
