Daniel Herrera is an attendee and speaker at this upcoming Latino Leadership Summit, beginning July 17th. Currently working towards a law degree from the Charlotte School of Law after attending the Catholic University of America, he first got involved with Turning Point USA as a member of the Speakers Bureau. He was also a helpful member of the Turning Point team at CPAC team this past February.

Herrera has been an activist for many years and has been involved with, and held positions in organizations like the Republican National Committee, Young Americans for Liberty, the New Jersey Republican State Committee, Freedom Works, and PolicyMic. Also, he gained experience when he personally worked on The Hill with Congressmen Robert Turner and Matt Salmon, and has himself been a candidate for the Bayonne, New Jersey City Council.

Daniel is currently the chairman of HerreraPAC, which endorses and supports candidates throughout the country. He has received an “Honorary Membership” to the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.

At the Latino Summit, he is most looking forward to making connections with other attendees and learning about their experiences. In the future, he hopes to use his experiences in politics to work on the legal side of campaigning and activism, and looks forward to both speaking and listening at the upcoming summit.
