Adam and Gila Milstein are active philanthropists and community leaders. Mr. Milstein is a co-founder and National Chairman of the Israeli-American Council, an organization that strengthens the Israeli and Jewish identity of our next generation, the American Jewish Community, and the bond between the peoples of the United States and the State of Israel. He also sits on the board of StandWithUs, Hasbara Fellowships, Israel on Campus Coalition, Israeli-American Coalition for Action, and the Middle East Forum.
Mrs. Milstein sits on the board of several organizations, including the American-Israel Education Foundation and StandWithUs. She is the President of Stand By Me, an organization that supports Israeli-American cancer patients and their families. Both are the co-founders of the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation, where they provides charitable and philanthropic services to a wide range of organizations to strengthen the Jewish people, the State of Israel, and the U.S. – Israel alliance.
Adam was born in Israel, joined the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and served during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, and graduated from the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology, in 1978. Gila was born in Morocco and immigrated to Israel when she was just 6 years old. In 1981, they both moved to the United States with their two young daughters (their third daughter was born after their move).
