Jon D. Willis is a 6th Generation Arizonan and is the Designated Broker of Willis Property Company in Mesa, Arizona as well as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Commercial Investments at Sun Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Willis began his commercial real estate and development career in 1999 as a senior in high school specializing in land sales but eventually branched out to all specialties in commercial real estate. Willis Property Company has brokered in excess of $1.5 billion worth of commercial real estate assets and has assisted in the planning, engineering and development of over 2 dozen master-planned communities (+/- 30,000 residential lots) in the Phoenix Metro Area. In 2011 Mr. Willis began representing Sorenson Group Management, a multi-billion dollar corporation based in Salt Lake City, in the partial disposition of their $701 million structured portfolio purchase from the FDIC. The portfolio Mr. Willis represented and subsequently sold included 265,600 SF of multiple grey shell office condos in over a dozen locations as well multiple large land parcels and improved office condo pads. He and his company have represented  and even partnered with several large real estate investments groups around the country including the Walt Disney Family Trust where they own several large parcels in Arizona and New Mexico. Mr. Willis is currently assisting in the development of a 375 Acre, $190 million, sports and entertainment complex in Phoenix, AZ called Legacy Sports Park. When finished, it will be the largest sports and entertainment facility of its kind in the Western United States. In Las Vegas, Mr. Willis predominantly specializes in Las Vegas Strip brokerage, investment and development. Mr. Willis is a one top instructors at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale, AZ and has been teaching the commercial real estate continuing education curriculum and the new licensing courses since 2009. He is also the youngest instructor in the school’s 45 year history. He has also been a keynote speaker at Arizona State University WP Carey School of Business for real estate development on several occasions.

Mr. Willis has been active politically in many local, state and national elections in Arizona with fundraising, most recently with the Trump Presidential Campaign. He has also served as a precinct committeemen in his home district. He has been active supporter and fundraiser of the Boy Scouts of America, Friends of Mercy and Mercury One Charities.

Mr. Willis resides with his wife Angela and three children in Mesa, Arizona and he enjoys mountain and road biking as well as golf.
