Charlie Kirk is the founder and Executive Director of Turning Point USA, a national student movement dedicated toward educating, empowering, and mobilizing young people behind the principles of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. Since the inception of Turning Point USA on June 5th of 2012 Charlie has grown Turning Point USA from nothing, to having representation on over 800 high schools and colleges nationwide.  At 24 years old, he has appeared on Fox News, CNBC, and FOX Business News over ninety times including frequent  appearances on “Your World with Neil Cavuto,” “Varney & Co.” and “The Willis Report.”  He is a featured columnist for the Washington Times and a contributor for  In addition to his entrepreneurial political endeavors, Charlie plays every type of Saxophone, was captain of his school’s Varsity Basketball and Football team, and is a proud Eagle Scout.

George F. Hamstra is a member of the board of directors of Turning Point USA. George has an extensive computer technology and business administration background. George will advise executive management and the board of directors on technology, management, procurement of assets, and sales proficiency.

George was a founding Member of NetGain Technologies, LLC which developed the Bad Amplitude electric dragster. NetGain Technologies worked with and was funded by, NASA to test super-capacitors in the dragster during 2002 and 2003. The EV motor distribution business (NetGain Motors, Inc. – NGM) was spun- off from NetGain Technologies in September of 2007 and has been operated by George since that time.

In 1985, George started a now publicly traded computer distribution company with annual sales that exceeded $40 million, at the time, and he sold it in 1989. George came out of retirement to start a software development company in 1994; this company was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 1995.
George gained invaluable experience when he worked for Bell Labs for more than 14 years, much of that time in the original UNIX Support Group based in Naperville, Illinois. He added knowledge related to UNIX computer systems, administration, security, performance, as well as artificial intelligence. While employed at Bell Labs George was an instructor in the Bell Labs Continuing Education Program. He left Bell Labs to join a company that specialized in UNIX training.

Tom Sodeika is the President/CEO and owner of Precision Payroll of America in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.  Precision Payroll takes great pride in that the first employee and first client are still working together.  Serving over 1,800 companies in 42 states, Precision Payroll offers payroll and tax services, human resource solutions, web-baed input systems, and so much more.

Mike Miller — After graduating high school, Mike Miller received his degree in Pharmacy. But his love for gems and precious jewels never dimmed.  By 1970, he had established himself in Barrington, IL, and sold jewelry in the back of Esh Pharmacy while working as the pharmacist in the front of the business.  As time went on, the jewelry inventory grew and eventually more space was needed. M.J. Miller & Co. moved from the Esh location in June 2000 to the current location on Main Street.

Doug DeGroote is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) with an MBA in Financial Planning, and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Before establishing De Groote Financial Group he founded the United Wealth Management division of United Capital. Prior to that he was a partner at Crowell, Weedon and Co. He regularly contributes to a variety of financial and general media.
