Adam and Gila Milstein

Gila Milstein was born in Morocco and immigrated to Israel when she was six years old. A graduate of the Rothschild Hospital Nursing School, she served as an officer in the Israeli army. An active community leader and philanthropist, Gila sits on the Board of several organizations, including the American-Israel Education Foundation and StandWithUs. She serves the President of Stand By Me, an organization that supports Israeli-American cancer patients and their families in Los Angeles, as well as the President of MERONA Leadership Foundation, which organizes the Los Angeles Impact Forum, a networking philanthropic group who hosts exceptional non-profits that strengthen the state of Israel and the US-Israel relationship.
Adam Milstein is an active philanthropist, real estate investor, and community leader. A native of Israel, he served in IDF during the Yom Kippur War and graduated from the Technion in 1978. Upon his arrival in the US in 1981, Adam earned an MBA from USC and began a career in Commercial Real Estate in Southern California in 1983. Adam is a Managing Partner at Hager Pacific Properties, a private commercial real estate investment firm.
Adam Milstein is a co-founder and National Chairman of the Israeli-American Council, where he is the chair of their national expansion. He also sits on the Board of several organizations, including, StandWithUs, Hasbara Fellowships, and Jewish Funders Network. Along with his wife, Gila, Adam Milstein is a co-founder of Sifriyat Pijama B’America, an organization that provides free monthly books in Hebrew, teaching Jewish values to more than 15,000 Israeli-Jewish-American families in the United States.
The Milstein Family Foundation supports a range of Pro-Israel organizations including the Israeli-American Council (IAC), the American Israel Education Foundation (the educational wing of AIPAC), StandWithUs, Hillel, AISH HaTorah, Hasbara Fellowships, Taglit-Birthright Israel, Christians United for Israel, the Washington Institute, the UCLA Foundation, and Nahal Haredi.
The Milstein family lives in Encino, and have three daughters and three grandchildren.
