George F. Hamstra is a member of the board of directors of Turning Point USA. George was a founding member of NetGain Technologies, LLC which developed the Bad Amplitude electric dragster. In 1985, George started a now publicly traded computer distribution company with annual sales that exceeded $40 million, at the time, and he sold it in 1989. George came out of retirement to start a software development company in 1994; this company was sold to a fortune 500 company in 1995. George gained invaluable experience when he worked for Bell Labs for more than 14 years, where he added knowledge related to UNIX computer systems, administration, security, performance, as well as artificial intelligence. Due to his extensive computer technology and business administrative background, George will advise executive management and the Board of Directors on technology, management, procurement of assets, and sales proficiency.
