Troy Meeker is the Administrative Director of Human Capital and has been with Turning Point USA since 2016. Born and raised in Connecticut, Troy grew up seeing the detrimental effects of leftist policies in his home state. Troy graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations. He has been active in politics since volunteering on his first municipal campaign in 2009 at the age of 16 and has worked municipal, state, and federal campaigns in his home state. While in college, Troy was active with the Connecticut College Republicans and served on the state board for 4 years. After moving to Phoenix, he got involved with the Maricopa County Young Republicans to engage the youth vote in his spare time. He also serves as a precinct committeeman for the Maricopa County Republican Party. A true testament to Turning Point’s upward mobility, Troy started as an entry-level administrator in 2016 before being promoted to different positions before settling into his current role overseeing a large part of our Human Capital initiatives. He assists our COO in overseeing TPUSA’s facilities across the country and manages the onboarding of new employees.
