These bold men and women are serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and taking a stand against tyranny!

In what looks to be a first — active-duty Marine pilots are speaking out against the COVID vaccination requirement for the U.S. Armed Forces!

According to Breitbart, the remarks came from a video that was played at an anti-mandate rally in Downtown Los Angeles:

In the video, the six pilots — including the first female Marine F-35C pilot — speak about the effect their opposition to the mandate has had on their lives. They all face discharge from the military, the loss of benefits, or have faced some punitive measures. Marine Lt. Col. Scott Duncan, a former Top Gun instructor and F-35 pilot, begins the video saying he was competitively selected to command an F-35 squadron, but that was rescinded due to his opposition to the vaccine mandate.“I was competitively selected to command an F-35 squadron. That achievement took 18 years and seven months and was recently taken away because my religious accommodation and appeal both came back denied,” he said.

Similar stories are shared by the rest of the pilots, who made the decision not to take the COVID vaccine for religious, personal, or health reasons. These Marines and other soldiers like them face involuntary separation from the military for refusing the vaccine, a deeply unfair abuse of the government’s authority over the soldiers who took their oath to serve.

As a veteran myself, I’m torn over the vaccine mandates. On one hand, I think they are deeply, deeply wrong and I wish this had not been enacted. On the other, I’m very much aware that when you swear an oath to serve this country as a soldier, your body is pretty much the property of the U.S. Government to do what it wants to do with it. I was mandated to take many vaccines during my years of service — just not one so highly politicized and with zero long-term studies of side effects or health issues attached to it.

It is a total and complete failure of leadership to force out patriotic men and women who have made the decision to serve in the U.S. because these soldiers have decided that they don’t want to be injected with an experimental vaccine for a virus that has a 99% survival rate in their age group. Despicable.
