This has been a messy start to 2021, but what’s worse is the political theater taking place that is distracting us from helping the people across America suffering during this challenging time.
I saw this video yesterday from a mother with a child with Type 1 Diabetes:
I am sick and tired of our politicians playing games to rally their bases and keep momentum on their end. People are working extreme hours and still can’t afford to put food on their table and afford health care.
If they want us to unite, then both sides should say, “We are done with this, we are moving on, and we are going to start by ensuring all Americans have access to affordable healthcare and higher education.”
Is anyone else ready for actual change and reform on the most critical issues we face?! You’d think this wouldn’t be such a hard ask in America.
