Victim mentality has gripped this generation, this country really. It has caused so many people to blame their lack of success, their emotions, their hardships, on something intangible that has been long-since left in the past: systemic racism. Too many times have I seen people focus so much on the past that it negatively affects their future. Victim mentality has become their Achilles heel, it is a debilitating ideology.

A nonprofit legal group is suing the Biden Administration over the $500 Billion student loan forgiveness executive order. The Pacific Legal Foundation, which stated "Congress did not authorize the executive branch to unilaterally cancel student debt. It’s flagrantly illegal for the executive branch to create a $500 billion program by press release, and without statutory authority or even the basic notice and comment procedure for new regulations.” This lawsuit was filed in the US District Court of Indiana.
