To all the free-thinking Americans out there, YOU ARE UNCANCELABLE!
Like many, I had my ‘great awakening’ moment in 2019. I watched the nationwide lockdowns, vaccine mandates, BLM Riots, and saw conservatives get completely ostracized from society. We all witnessed the federal government engulf our nation with a blanket of control. I couldn’t stand it anymore.
At that point in my life, I was a full-time fashion & lifestyle influencer, scared to post my true opinions out of fear of what would happen to the followers I’d acquired and brand contracts I’d made. As I gained experience working in the social media realm, I quickly realized how politically polarizing the industry had become.
After a year of deliberation, I eventually decided to take a leap of faith — and I never looked back.
I made my first outwardly conservative post on social media, and was fully ready to use my platform for a bigger purpose. This culture war isn’t about me and you, it is about ALL of us coming together to save our country.
YWLS in 2021 where that journey started. After seeing how powerful the conservative movement is in person I joined my university TPUSA Chapter and shortly after had the opportunity to serve as our Chapter Vice President. The small act of becoming involved on campus showed me how necessary it was to reach as many students as possible to make a change.
I knew I couldn’t stop at the grassroots of TPUSA. Throughout my life, my mission has been to “inspire & empower the next generation.” Now I can confidently say, my mission is to “inspire & empower the next generation of free-thinking Americans.” Through this journey, I have had the opportunity to create content, attend more TPUSA events, and share my love for America by speaking on campuses across the country.
Little did I know this journey would lead to being a TPUSA Contributor, fully involved with an organization that shares the same mission as I do. Reaching thousands of students all across the country. I couldn’t be more thankful to be included within the TPUSA Contributor lineup to further achieve this mission and make a lasting impact across the country!
To every student or young adult out there, I want to give you my top 5 pieces of advice I wish someone told me.
- Live fearlessly: Don’t allow your peers to tell you what you can & can’t talk about!
- Get Involved: Find others who think similarly to you, and put yourself out there!
- Ask Questions: In a conversation always ask questions to the opposition before responding
- Speak Freely: YOLO! Use your voice you never know whose life you can impact just by being honest and open!
- Share Truth: You don’t have to be knowledgeable on every issue, no one is, but always share the truth in whatever it is.
