Another concern facing the environmentally conscious community is the disposal of lithium batteries used in electric vehicles. These batteries, if disposed of in the same way most other car parts are, release heavy metals and toxins into the environment.
“Conservatives care about the environment.” This simple conversation starter can spark curiosity in students who haven’t been exposed to conservative ideas before.
