While the nation was busy following the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial, something a little more interesting was unfolding: Congress held the first hearing regarding UFOs or UAPs (unidentified areal phenomena) in decades.
The hearing followed a report released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The report states:
“Most of the UAP reported probably do represent physical objects given that a majority of UAP were registered across multiple sensors, to include radar, infrared, electro-optical, weapon seekers, and visual observation.”
“UAP clearly pose a safety of flight issue and may pose a challenge to U.S. national security.”
The United States government blatantly told people that there are unidentified objects flying through our controlled airspace, and the crazy thing is: no one cared.
Does this represent where we are as a civilization? Movie star spats make headlines for weeks and yet no one so much as bats an eye when there are literal confirmed sightings of UFOs?
Unfortunately, these reports were lacking in any concrete explanation as to what exactly these UAPs are, and why there are so many unexplained sightings.
