America, since the beginning, has been a SHINING LIGHT, a beacon to the world for freedom and opportunity.
Many times our men and women who serve have been a glimmer of hope for those who have lost everything.
This remains true.
As we watch the fallout that has happened in Afghanistan over the past week or so with the Taliban taking control of Kabul, it’s important to remember that our United States Military did not fight in vain…
The tragedy currently unfolding with the Afghani people was one that EACH AND EVERY soldier who served in that area helped keep away.
The Left tries to pin Americans against each other and demonize our country on “human rights” issues, but here’s the truth:
America brought human rights to a region that despises those ideals to their core.
Our military gave hope to the little girls in Afghanistan; we gave them opportunity, hope and rights.
Our military stood in the way of radical terrorism and showed that America is STILL that beacon of hope.
Despite the fallout the current administration has lead, don’t forget the sacrifices that have been made along the way and the VALUE of those sacrifices to many of those people…
So when you calculate your stances on geopolitics, and everything that is going on in the world, NEVER forget the sacrifices our veterans made during this time.
Our veterans were and ARE a shining light of freedom to the rest of the world. And that’s what America is all about.
