America has unfortunately forgotten the concept “…with liberty and JUSTICE for ALL” in efforts to adhere to a more progressive way of governance. Instead of the justice system implementing justice, it’s beholden to the idea of “social justice," which has nothing to do with justice at all, and in fact is the antithesis of actual justice.
