Emma McCausland
Emma McCausland is the Advancement Administrative Director at Turning Point USA. Emma has been active in conservative politics since 2018, beginning her career as a Grassroots Coordinator at the Republican Party of Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019 with a degree in Political Science. During her time at LSU, Emma served as the TPUSA LSU chapter’s Social Media Chair, both Recruitment and Sisterhood Chairs for Kappa Delta Sorority, and was an active member of College Republicans.
Emma joined the TPUSA team in 2019 as a fundraising events coordinator before being promoted to Advancement leadership in 2021. As the Advancement Administrative Director, Emma oversees the fundraising team at the Turning Point USA Headquarters, providing administrative and strategic support to the Major Gifts Officers across the nation. Her favorite part of working on the Advancement team is building life-long, valuable relationships with Turning Point USA’s incredible supporters.
Born in Alabama and raised in 9 states across the country, Emma currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, 80’s rock n’ roll music, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
