Lily DiCecco
Lily is the Administrative Director of Human Capital at Turning Point USA. She grew up in southern California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a degree in Political Science.Â
Her junior year of college, Lily saw a Facebook ad for TPUSA\’s YWLS 2019 and took a chance to attend, not knowing anyone. From there, Lily got more involved as a TPUSA Social Media Ambassador and she founded a TPUSA chapter on her campus in the fall of 2019. Lily graduated from Pepperdine in spring of 2020, and joined TPUSA staff in August of 2020 as the recruiter for TPUSA\’s Talent Acquisition team.Â
Lily was promoted to the Senior Administrator position, earned the June 2021 Grassroots Humility Award and then the 2021 Annual George Washington Award for Grassroots Humility and Community Impact, and was promoted to Manager and then quickly after Administrative Director for the Human Capital Department in May of 2022.Â
Lily has taken courses to continue her education and professional development, and she is a PARWCC Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a SHRM-CP. Day-to-day, Lily organizes employee information, completes employee onboarding, conducts payroll, handles benefits administration, executes company policy and discipline, and manages payroll, among other administrative duties necessary to the organization
